Northern California summers can get hot. This client wanted to create an outdoor space that gave a break from the sun but also be useful through the mild seasons. Our solution was a multi-tiered deck that also serves as a covered patio. Along with adding pool access from the second level, the outdoor kitchen space extends social living year round.

Our client opted for premium materials on this project. We worked together in choosing mahogany planks for the decking. All of the railing is custom made by our metal working team. The cabled railing provides an open modern look. Our go-to paint team, as always, did meticulous prep work and brought the finished project together with spotless work.
