This customer is going through an exterior refresh. As part of that, they wanted to rebuild their outdoor patio cover with a more grand & mountain feel. We were happy to oblige as this type work is some of our favorite to perform.

The existing roof cover, trusses and framing were all rotting with old age. We needed to remove the entire existing patio cover along with siding & trim. The customer opted for a more bold statement using 6x6 posts and 6x12 beams contrasted with black ironmongery. The raw finish will eventually be stained once cured. The exposed rafters and gables give an open but solid look. Adding the large fan makes for all day patio lounging. We also brought out some extra wiring for future multimedia.

We are very pleased with how this turned project turned out.  And our customer is raving about the update.
